Short description:

Relá serves the Yun Tal as a special type of Path Warden, directly tasked with preserving its teachings. She tracks heretics, silences dissenters, and ensures no one strays from the path laid by the founders of Ixaocan.
Her Axiomata take the form of lightning rods, which she can use to augment her electricity powers.

Abilities:

Passive – High Voltage

Relá gains 1 Charge per 20 units traveled.

  • At 100 Charge, her next damaging ability (Q, E, or R) consumes the charge to deal bonus magic damage.

  • Bonus Damage: 20–100 (+25% AP), scaling with level.

  • Charge is not consumed by W and does not decay over time.

    Relá gains bonus movement speed equal to 0.35% per Charge (up to 35% bonus movement speed at 100 Charges).
     

Q – Thunderstrike

Cast Time: 0.25s

Effect:
Fires a lightning bolt in a straight line, dealing 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+60% AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit and slowing them by 30% for 1 second.

If the struck enemy is within 500 units of a lightning rod, the rod shocks in AoE, dealing 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+45% AP) AoE magic damage around the rod.

  • Bonus Effect: If both the bolt and the AoE hit an enemy, they are stunned for 0.75 seconds.
     

W – Storm Rod

Cooldown: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 sec
Mana Cost: 40
Cast Range: 650
Rod Duration: 10 seconds
Zap Radius: 300
Max Rods: 3 (placing a 4th destroys the oldest)
Zap Interval: Every 2 seconds

Effect:
Places a lightning rod that zaps nearby enemies every 2 seconds, dealing 10 / 30 / 45 / 65 / 70 (+15% AP) magic damage.

Rods have 3 health and can be destroyed with basic attacks.

  • Zaps will continue for the full duration unless destroyed or used by E.
     

E – Surge

Cooldown: 16 / 14.5 / 13 / 11.5 / 10 sec
Mana Cost: 60
Teleport Range: 1200
AoE Radius: 275

Effect:
Teleports to a selected lightning rod (within 1200 range), destroying it upon arrival. When arriving, it releases a burst of electricity, dealing 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+50% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies.

  • If recast within 3 seconds, the cooldown is refunded by 50%.
     

R – Thunderbringer

Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80 sec
Mana Cost: 100 / 125 / 150
Strike Radius: 300 per rod
Max Damage Radius: Overlaps from multiple rods

Effect:
After a 1-second delay, each deployed lightning rod summons a massive lightning strike, dealing 150 / 250 / 350 (+80% AP) magic damage to all enemies within its radius and stunning them for 1 second.
